    About the position

    • Mission-driven, articulate professional with substantial finance and administrative management experience.

    • Overall responsible for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, in-house SOPs, investments, insurance, and audit-related activities of the organization.

    • Establishing effective financial and accounting system standards and controls.

    • Responsible for managing the administrative team, assets, information technology systems of the organization are managed effectively and efficiently.

    • Able to be part of the critical role in strategic decision-making and operations as the organization continues to enhance its quality programming and build capacity.

    • Be involved and advise with the fundraising or grants requirement to keep proper accounting and management of the funds.

    • This position works closely with the Executive Director and the Management Team to support the fiduciary and organizational compliance responsibilities of the Board of Directors

    Educational Requirements

    • Must possess a minimum Degree in Accounting, preferably a Professional Accountancy certification is an added advantage

    • A minimum of 10 years in financial administration with progressive growth in responsibility

    • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.

    • Excellent skills in writing and speaking in English highly preferred.

    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills and complement with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
